I would like to introduce Daphne. She is a black & tan dapple piebald and looking to be a smooth coat. I will know as she gets a little older. She was born July 15th and will be ready for her fur-ever home September 9th. The mother is a black & tan dapple piebald smooth coat 10lbs and the father is an ee cream long hair 11.5lbs. The mother is CKC registered, and the father is dual registered AKC & CKC. She will come with CKC registration paperwork, adoption agreement/contract, vet checked, dew claws removed, multiple deworming, vaccinations and goody bag starter pack. She will be adopted as pet/companion home only. I am not a kennel, and our adult mini dachshunds run the house, sleep in our beds, as well as lounge around with us in the backyard. She will be raised indoors and handled/played with constantly. I will work with her on daily noises, nail trimming, ear cleaning, bathing and introduce her to potty training. If you are interested or have questions, please call/text at . I do screen my calls due to scammers so please leave a voicemail and I will call you back or feel free to text message me. I am willing to do FaceTime or home visits (for serious inquiries ONLY). During a home visit absolutely, no one will be able to hold or handle any of the puppies other than me until they are vaccinated, no exceptions. This is for their health and safety. I also ask that you limit the number of visitors. No puppy will be held unless a $400 nonrefundable deposit is received by Cash, Walmart-Walmart or Zelle only. No other forms of payment are accepted. Cash ONLY for the remainder on the day of pick up. The deposit will go towards the cost of adoption. If anything should happen to her in my care, I will contact you to either refund or transfer the deposit to another puppy if one is available, other than that no deposits are refundable. If a deposit is received to hold your puppy, I will send weekly updates including videos or photos of your new family member. I do not ship puppies, but I can give you a number to a woman that does transport them. All costs associated with transportation are at the buyer's expense and this includes but not limited to: if a health certificate is required from my vet for flights, rechecks or other forms of transport. I look forward to speaking with you and again serious inquiries only. Thank you

Frequently Asked Questions
About Miniature Dachshund Puppies

Is a Miniature Dachshund the right dog for me?
The Dachshund (pronounced dak-sund; also known as a ‘Teckel’) originated in Germany in the sixteenth century. They were bred and trained to chase down prey, such as a badger (Dachshund means ‘Badger Dog’) or fox, enter its burrow, kill it, and retrieve it. Full-grown, they typically weigh 9-11 pounds and stand 5-6 inches tall.
How do Miniature Dachshunds behave around young children?
Miniature Dachshunds are generally okay with older children who know how to handle dogs. The Miniature Dachshund is somewhat reserved around strangers and may bark at them, but forms a strong bond with family. It can be too courageous around larger dogs. They're very vocal and bark quite a lot.
What activities do Miniature Dachshunds enjoy most?
The Miniature Dachshund needs a small amount of exercise; medium length walks or a fair amount of play in the yard should be sufficient. Miniature Dachshunds may tire easily so exercise should be spaced out throughout the day. Miniature Dachshunds can live comfortably in an apartment, but it is best if they get an occasional view of the wild. Overall, their exercise needs are moderate.
What should I expect with Miniature Dachshund shedding?
The smooth- and long-haired Miniature Dachshund should be brushed occasionally to remove dead hairs. Long-haired Miniature Dachshunds are prone to tangles, so they should be groomed more often. The coat of the wire-haired Miniature Dachshund should be plucked twice a year. Grooming-wise, this breed is low-maintenance.
Can a Miniature Dachshund live in an apartment?
Miniature Dachshunds are best suited for apartments and smaller homes. They are fairly easy to train.

Puppy Buyer's FAQ
See Full Guide Here

Visit or Video Call the Breeder
Visit in person if possible, or request a live video call to meet the puppy, see its living conditions, and meet the mom. Ask to see where the dogs eat, sleep, and play.
Get a Vet Exam Immediately
Have a vet examine the puppy within two days of bringing it home, even if it seems healthy.
Request Complete Health Records
Ask for vaccination records, deworming history, and vet exam results. For purebreds, ask for parent health clearances.
Get Everything in Writing
Written contract with health guarantees, return/refund policy, and spay/neuter terms. Verbal promises are unenforceable.
Use Secure Payment Methods
Pay with a credit card or another traceable method that offers buyer protection. Avoid wire transfers, crypto, or gift cards, which are difficult to recover.
Verify Breeder Credentials
Check USDA license, state breeder license, breed club memberships, and reviews. Ask for buyer references.
Know What to Look For
A trustworthy breeder welcomes visits, specializes in one or two breeds, prices fairly, and gives you time to decide without pressure.
Know Your State's Laws
Some states have lemon laws; others rely on contract law. Know your rights before you buy.
