This precious girl has been one of our more mellow, laid-back little puppies. She’s a sweetheart who loves to snuggle, and there’s something so special about the way she settles in for some affection.

🐾💕 OUR WEEKLY PUPPY UPDATE — OCTOBER 13, 2026!
Our little babies are growing so quickly, and it’s amazing how much they’ve learned in just a few short weeks!
We’re continuing to work on the little skills that will help prepare them for their forever homes.
🐾 Potty Training Foundations
We’re continuing to encourage the puppies to recognize their sleeping, eating, playing, and potty areas.
Accidents are absolutely expected at this age! We’re simply helping them become familiar with clean sleeping spaces and appropriate potty areas.
🐾 Kennel Familiarization
Our puppies are getting used to having a comfortable kennel available for rest during the day.
We’re helping them see the kennel as a cozy, safe space where they can relax.
Our goal is to make the eventual transition to their new homes a little easier.
🐾 Gentle Grooming & Handling
We’re also introducing the puppies to gentle nail trimming, paw handling, and ear care.
These little experiences are part of helping puppies become comfortable with everyday care.
🐾 Personalities Are Blossoming!
One of my favorite things about this stage is watching each puppy become their own little individual.
Some are playful explorers.
Some are curious observers.
And others, like our precious Black Pearl, have been showing us their sweet, snuggly side. 🥹💕
🐾 Getting Ready for Their New Families
We’re continuing age-appropriate health care and preparing for upcoming vaccinations and veterinary appointments.
We’re also working on building confidence through daily interaction, play, and new experiences.
And something especially sweet about these two litters?
Both of our wonderful mama dogs have been helping nurture and raise the puppies together!
Watching them care for each other’s babies has been such a special experience for our family.
We truly consider our dogs part of our family, and that love extends to every puppy they bring into the world.
We’re not expecting these babies to leave perfectly potty trained or completely kennel trained.
They’re still little puppies with so much left to learn!
But we’re working hard to introduce good habits and give them a loving foundation their new families can continue building on.
Because raising puppies isn’t just about watching them grow.
It’s about preparing them for the wonderful lives waiting ahead of them! 🥹💕
