Donnie is a beautiful cream dapple long-haired dachshund male with the kind of pedigree and structure we are especially proud to produce.
Cream dachshunds are undeniably beautiful, but finding creams that have been bred with equal attention to correct structure, balance, movement, and the AKC breed standard can be much harder. Too often, color becomes the main focus. With Donnie, our goal is much bigger than producing a pretty cream puppy.
Donnie comes from beautiful AKC lines with multiple champions behind him, including an impressive AKC Grand Champion grandsire known for excellent structure and breed type. That strong foundation matters to us, because we want our creams to be more than beautiful—we want them to represent the dachshund breed well.
Although Donnie is only a few days old and it is far too early to know exactly how he will mature, we are already very excited about the pedigree and foundation behind this boy. His cream coloring and dappling will continue to develop as he grows, and we’ll be watching his structure closely over the coming weeks.
