Dorian is very small and lively. There have been teacups in this line. He is charting teacup but most definitely be a small toy. He is a phantom. There’s a reason we have dogs in 5 countries, specialized medical professions, judges, detectives, NYT editors and white house staff, along with our strong base of everyday families across the country as customers even though we are very small. Simple! We care for people as much as we do dogs! We also focus on the basics, good socialization, good food, and a healthy start, with some of the nicest lineage around from kennels with solid names who have been respected in the schnauzer space for several decades. This combo of parents, Rusty and Ivy, both have come from long lines and excellent kennels. Don’t miss out on this one.
Our puppies are socialized, not in a barn, not in an expensive cement kennel system with feeding and spraying for cleaning, not in a cage. Our puppies are born in a home under supervision. Slept in an incubator with mom access to get in and out the first few weeks. They become accustomed to normal sounds and family activity. We also keep a biosafe home, meaning even our own family dogs cannot visit unless properly vaccinated and they show us proof! LOL yes, we are that careful. At 4 weeks puppies began Little Wolf system training outside their sleep/play area. This is not meant that you have to continue but what it does is train them they do not go where they sleep. Almost any method is easily adaptable that you choose. We are often complimented on how easy our puppies are to potty train. You also will get a detailed day by day record of all vaccines, antiparasitic, etc. which vets always compliment. What experience do we have? Mrs B's was raised with farm animals and understand animal husbandry, Mr B a double Master Degreed semi-retired professional keeps impeccable records, will research almost any topic until an expert. Our children all in the medical field, one was TA at a top vet college for canine pathology published twice by 22. Finally, we have a 20 year retired vet tech on site and have access to our other family members who have owned multiple vet clinics. We do not support the breeder geneticist wanna be without the education we see too much of. We may real promises based on fact, no marketing hype, and set realistic expectations to our clients working for the best experience ever.
These puppies are CPR Pet registered and this litter will not be offered for breeding. We do have an application on our site we do require as part of our process beyond GoodDog brief application. This is not a cash and carry and we believe in mutual trust between breeder and customer. We do ask some basic information to understand you and to be able to provide you the required paperwork for you puppy. Yes we have advised people maybe this is not the right time for a dog for you, etc. We really do care about you and about our puppies. We look forward to working with you and feel it will not be an experience you regret.

About
Miniature Schnauzer
Puppies
What's it like owning a Miniature Schnauzer?
Miniature Schnauzers may look like lap dogs, but they’re more likely to chase animals around the yard or stand guard at the door than be lazy couch potatoes. These loyal dogs are bundles of energy that enjoy spending time with their owners, protecting the home, and being your #1 companion. Full-grown, they typically weigh 11-20 pounds and stand 12-14 inches tall.
Do Miniature Schnauzers do well in a busy household?
Miniature Schnauzers are generally excellent with children of all ages. Miniature Schnauzers are not the warmest dogs upon initial introduction, but once they get acquainted with you, they’re sweet and loving. Their wariness around strangers usually leads to lots of barking, especially when they’re around other dogs. They're very vocal and bark quite a lot.
What activities do Miniature Schnauzers enjoy most?
Miniature Schnauzers are athletic pups that can barely contain their energy. They need to be exercised multiple times a day to stay healthy and avoid getting into trouble. These dogs love to run, play in the yard, practice earth dog or tracking activities, and do anything that gets their heart pumping. Overall, their exercise needs are very high.
How much grooming does a Miniature Schnauzer need?
Miniature Schnauzers have typical terrier-style coats. A soft, thick undercoat keeps them warm and is topped by a wiry outer coat. Their notable features include long hair on their chin and face, which gives them expressive eyebrows and a beard. Grooming-wise, this breed is fairly high-maintenance. Miniature Schnauzers are considered hypoallergenic, which can be a plus for allergy sufferers.
Are Miniature Schnauzers a good fit for apartment living?
Miniature Schnauzers are best suited for apartments and smaller homes. They can live outdoors in moderate or warm areas but prefer to spend most of their time indoors with family. They are highly trainable and eager to learn.
