Henry is a very handsome chocolate and tan parti Yorkshire Terrier. He is charting to be about 6.5 pounds grown. Of course, that could change as he grows. Mom is a chocolate and tan, and Dad is a blonde parti. You can see their pictures below! His parents are from European champion lines. They have both been DNA health tested and are clear of all over 200 health conditions that the lab tests for. That means they are not at risk of getting those conditions and neither is Henry. We have been raising these fantastic pups for over 10 years and have worked hard to get where we are today with some of the best pups with awesome temperaments. Our pups do not live in a kennel. They live in our home. You won't find one room in our home that has not been touched by our pups. They really do rule the roost! Our customers become part of our yorkie family if they choose to. I have a Facebook page under Anne's Precious Yorkies where I do a Live video every Monday night at 7pm eastern time from the puppy room, so you can meet the pups and watch them grow. I do my best to make myself available to my customers and puppy parents. I do not allow visits. It is safer and healthier for our pups and for us not to have strangers in our home. We take weekly pictures and do videos along with the live every week. You are welcome to pick up your puppy in person on the day they go home. Henry will be ready to leave for his new home the weekend of December 19, 2026, with his paperwork, health certificate and a puppy pack with food, toys, and more! I have a pretty informative website where you can see my adult dogs and the puppies available. I have a lot of information at www.annespreciousyorkies.com. I do not cut tails, or dew claws off of my puppies. Your pup will come with his/her beautiful, expressive tail wagging behind him/her! We look forward to hearing from you!! Thank you

Frequently Asked Questions
About Yorkshire Terrier Puppies

How would you describe a Yorkshire Terrier?
The little Yorkshire Terrier thinks they're Great Danes, and like most terriers, are bold, brave, and independent. They are very intelligent and  develop deep bonds with their owners. Full-grown, they typically weigh 4-7 pounds and stand 8-9 inches tall.
Do Yorkshire Terriers do well in a busy household?
Yorkshire Terriers are generally excellent with children of all ages. Because of their diminutive stature, Yorkies are well-suited to apartment life, but households with young children are not recommended unless carefully supervised. They're fairly vocal dogs that bark regularly.
How do I keep a Yorkshire Terrier physically active?
The Yorkshire Terrier can have most of their exercise needs met through indoor play, but they prefer a daily walk or romp in a fenced-in yard. They don't need much exercise, so don't wear your Yorkie out too much, but they will need to play with their families throughout the day. Overall, their exercise needs are high.
Do Yorkshire Terriers shed a lot?
Yorkies' coats can be a bit high maintenance, especially for those with the long, silky coat. Long coats require professional maintenance, including adding oil and wrapping the coats in rice or tissue paper, along with weekly washings. The Yorkshire Terrier has no undercoat, and they do shed a small amount. Grooming-wise, this breed is high-maintenance. Yorkshire Terriers are considered hypoallergenic, which can be a plus for allergy sufferers.
Can a Yorkshire Terrier live in an apartment?
Yorkshire Terriers are best suited for apartments and smaller homes. Because of their diminutive stature, Yorkies are well-suited to apartment life, but households with young children are not recommended unless carefully supervised. They are fairly easy to train.

Puppy Buyer's FAQ

Visit or Video Call the Breeder
Visit in person if possible, or request a live video call to meet the puppy, see its living conditions, and meet the mom. Ask to see where the dogs eat, sleep, and play.
Get a Vet Exam Immediately
Have a vet examine the puppy within two days of bringing it home, even if it seems healthy.
Request Complete Health Records
Ask for vaccination records, deworming history, and vet exam results. For purebreds, ask for parent health clearances.
Get Everything in Writing
Written contract with health guarantees, return/refund policy, and spay/neuter terms. Verbal promises are unenforceable.
Use Secure Payment Methods
Pay with a credit card or another traceable method that offers buyer protection. Avoid wire transfers, crypto, or gift cards, which are difficult to recover.
Verify Breeder Credentials
Check USDA license, state breeder license, breed club memberships, and reviews. Ask for buyer references.
Know What to Look For
A trustworthy breeder welcomes visits, specializes in one or two breeds, prices fairly, and gives you time to decide without pressure.
Know Your State's Laws
Some states have lemon laws; others rely on contract law. Know your rights before you buy.
