At 9 months old, Hershey has grown into a handsome chocolate and white Havanese with a wonderful personality. He has the playful spirit of a young dog while already having many of the advantages that come with being a little older.
The Havanese is known for being intelligent, affectionate, and devoted to its family. Bred as companion dogs, they thrive on human interaction and love being involved in everyday life. Their friendly, adaptable nature makes them wonderful companions for families, couples, retirees, and first-time dog owners. Their beautiful, low-shedding coats are another reason this breed is so popular.
Hershey is an extremely social little guy who loves everyone he meets. He enjoys attention, happily greets new people, and gets along well with other dogs. Raised in our home at Harmony Valley Cavaliers & Havanese, he has been well socialized and is confident in a family environment.
Hershey has been neutered, completed his veterinary wellness exam, is current on vaccinations, and has been microchipped. He is crate trained and has a solid foundation in house training, following a regular outdoor potty routine. Like any young dog, he will continue to thrive with consistency as he adjusts to his new home.
To help make his transition easier, Hershey will go home with his crate, giving him a familiar, comfortable place to relax while settling into his new family.
We welcome phone calls, video chats, and scheduled visits so families can get to know Hershey. He may be picked up at our home in Kansas or at an agreed-upon meeting location when possible. While we do not provide transportation, we are happy to work with buyers who arrange their own transportation.
If you're looking for a loving, well-socialized companion who is beyond the tiny puppy stage and ready to become a cherished member of your family, Hershey may be the perfect match. We'd love to introduce you to this wonderful young boy!
