🐾 Meet Kelsea! 🖤🤎
Kelsea is a gorgeous black phantom medium-sized F1BB Aussiedoodle, expected to be around 25–40 pounds full grown. She’s also on the smaller end of the Playful Paws crew, but don’t let her size fool you—this girl has plenty of personality! Her mom is a beautiful black tuxedo Aussiedoodle and her dad is a striking blue Merle phantom poodle. Both parents have been genetically health tested and carefully selected for this pairing.
Kelsea is sweet, playful, energetic, and full of fun. She loves to run, wrestle, explore, and play with her littermates, but when playtime is over, she’s more than happy to be picked up for some love and cuddles. She already loves people and kids and enjoys being right in the middle of the action. 🥰
Like all of our Playful Paws puppies, Kelsea has been raised in our family home with lots of hands-on love and socialization. She was started on Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) and Early Scent Introduction (ESI) and has been exposed to different sights, sounds, textures, toys, indoor turf, real grass, and the beginnings of potty and crate training.
She has been regularly dewormed and will go home after her first veterinary wellness exam and first vaccinations. She will go home with a blanket that smells like mom and littermates, toy and small bag of food. She will be ready to go home 8/3/2026!
If you’re looking for a smart, affectionate pup with a fun, energetic personality who still loves her cuddles, Kelsea could be your girl! 🐶🖤🤎

Aussiedoodles love people and playtime, but they hate boredom. This Australian Shepherd/Poodle mix makes the perfect family dog and activity buddy. They’re easygoing pups that are happy just about anywhere and with just about anyone, as long as you can keep them entertained. Full-grown, they typically weigh 45-70 pounds and stand 15-25 inches tall.
Are Aussiedoodles friendly with strangers and kids?
Aussiedoodles are generally good with kids, especially when raised together. Aussiedoodles are perfect pets for families. They’re very patient with small children and gladly accept other pets if they’re socialized together. They're relatively quiet and don't bark much.
What's the best way to exercise a Aussiedoodle?
The Aussiedoodle needs physical and mental exercise to avoid getting bored. They love walking and playing every day, and some like swimming too. Aussiedoodles are very bright, making them easy to train and eager to learn new activities. Overall, their exercise needs are high.
What's the coat like on a Aussiedoodle?
Due to their Poodle genes, the Aussiedoodle can have a wide variety of coats and are often hypoallergenic. Usually, they have medium-length coats that are soft and straight or slightly wavy. Their grooming needs depend on the coat type. Grooming-wise, this breed is moderate.
Are Aussiedoodles a good fit for apartment living?
Aussiedoodles are best suited for a home with a yard, though they can adapt to apartment life with enough exercise. As long as they get enough exercise, Aussiedoodles can be happy in just about any living environment, whether it’s an apartment, house, farm setting, or big city. However, they need to live indoors and be around people. They are fairly easy to train.

Visit or Video Call the Breeder
Visit in person if possible, or request a live video call to meet the puppy, see its living conditions, and meet the mom. Ask to see where the dogs eat, sleep, and play.
Get a Vet Exam Immediately
Have a vet examine the puppy within two days of bringing it home, even if it seems healthy.
Request Complete Health Records
Ask for vaccination records, deworming history, and vet exam results. For purebreds, ask for parent health clearances.

Written contract with health guarantees, return/refund policy, and spay/neuter terms. Verbal promises are unenforceable.

Verify Breeder Credentials
Check USDA license, state breeder license, breed club memberships, and reviews. Ask for buyer references.

A trustworthy breeder welcomes visits, specializes in one or two breeds, prices fairly, and gives you time to decide without pressure.
Know Your State's Laws
Some states have lemon laws; others rely on contract law. Know your rights before you buy.
