We are so happy to announce a beautiful litter of puppies that were born to Sage and Darwin . These cuties were born on June 24, 2026. Sage is doing a wonderful job with her babies and they are so chubby!!! Lainey is our beautiful girl who is quite the chunk!!! The puppies have had their dewclaws removed and when the leave us they will be up to date on all age appropriate vaccines, dewormer and will have a health exam done by our Vet. Our puppies all receive lots of socialization and snuggles as they are raised around our 4 children. The puppies have access to a fenced in yard and can go out in the lawn whenever they want and this really helps them with potty training. They learn at a young age to go out in the grass to go potty. The puppies can leave us at 8 weeks old (August 19, 2026). We do accept a $250.00 deposits to hold a specific puppy and will send you weekly videos/pictures and updates until it is ready to go home with you. The remaining balance would be due when the puppy goes home. We love for people to be able to come and meet us and the puppies. The puppies come with limited AKC registration, (full is available to approved homes and for additional cost). We offer a 1 year congenital health guarantee and a 2.5 year hip/elbow guarantee. We give all of our dogs and puppies (when old enough) a NuVet vitamin daily and ask that they are continued for the health contract.

See Full Guide Here
Visit or Video Call the Breeder
Visit in person if possible, or request a live video call to meet the puppy, see its living conditions, and meet the mom. Ask to see where the dogs eat, sleep, and play.
Get a Vet Exam Immediately
Have a vet examine the puppy within two days of bringing it home, even if it seems healthy.
Request Complete Health Records
Ask for vaccination records, deworming history, and vet exam results. For purebreds, ask for parent health clearances.
Get Everything in Writing
Written contract with health guarantees, return/refund policy, and spay/neuter terms. Verbal promises are unenforceable.
Use Secure Payment Methods
Pay with a credit card or another traceable method that offers buyer protection. Avoid wire transfers, crypto, or gift cards, which are difficult to recover.
Verify Breeder Credentials
Check USDA license, state breeder license, breed club memberships, and reviews. Ask for buyer references.
Know What to Look For
A trustworthy breeder welcomes visits, specializes in one or two breeds, prices fairly, and gives you time to decide without pressure.
Know Your State's Laws
Some states have lemon laws; others rely on contract law. Know your rights before you buy.
