Meet Leo. He is 17.75-18 inches tall. Leo is a blue Merle with one blue, one marble eye. He knows his basic commands and tricks like spin and shake. Everywhere we go people tell me how beautiful he is. He is from great AKC lines. Leo is eye, hip, elbow tested. He is AKC dna + health and Gensol tested and clear for everything including NAD and non HSF4. Unfortunately he is too big for my female who is much smaller and we are limited to the number of dogs we can have.
Leo is a little backward with new people. He takes a little time to warm up. Once he likes you he wants to be your best friend. He enjoys baths and being blow dried. He runs around us while we mow or bush hog. He is not to interested in dog sports or activities (I have tried) where a lot of people might be. He does ok in public if strangers do not pet him and he can be near you. We have attended a puppy class, a night parade with lights and loud noises, and walks in the park. He isn’t scared of much. He does have a good herding instinct and would love a job to burn his energy. He is available to a pet home with a family that does not have small children (he was not a fan of my grandbaby) and enjoys hiking, running, or needs a friend for their farm.
