It breaks my heart to write this, but I am looking to find a loving, permanent home for my sweet girl, Moki.
Moki is a 6-year-old cream Standard Poodle who is AKC registered, spayed, and up to date on her vaccines. I have had her since she was a puppy, and I absolutely love her. Unfortunately, I no longer have the time she deserves, and I believe finding her the right home is the most loving thing I can do for her.

Moki is a wonderful dog and has been a very loved member of my family. She does have some separation anxiety when left completely alone. She does very well when she has another dog for company, but she may need some additional work with crate training if she is going to be left alone. This is something I want to be completely upfront about because I want her next family to be prepared and committed to her needs.

I am looking for a really good, loving home with a fenced-in yard. I will be selective about where she goes because her well-being is extremely important to me. I am not looking to simply give her to the first person who asks.

🐩 Grooming: As with any Standard Poodle, Moki requires regular grooming. I groom her myself at home and she does reasonably well with it. She needs grooming approximately every 6–8 weeks (about 6 times per year). If you plan to use a professional groomer, please be aware that this can cost roughly $600+ per year, depending on the groomer and services needed.
There will be a $200 rehoming fee. This is not about making money—it is simply intended to help ensure that she goes to someone who is genuinely committed to providing her with a safe, loving home.
❤️ This is an incredibly difficult decision for me. I have loved Moki since she was a puppy, and I want nothing more than for her to have a wonderful life with someone who will love and care for her the way she deserves.

What kind of exercise do Standard Poodles need?
The Standard Poodle requires substantial amounts of exercise. Standard Poodles require long walks and outdoor activities such as swimming or playing catch. The Standard Poodle is fond of retrieving, as it has origins as a hunting dog. Overall, their exercise needs are high.
