Adorable Mini Poodle Puppy – 9 Weeks Old – Kirkland, WA
Meet Pax! 🐾 Pax is a sweet, playful male miniature poodle born June 12, 2026. He is currently almost 9 weeks old and looking for a home that is a match for his puppy energy and needs.
Pax is bright, curious, affectionate, playful, and very people-oriented. He loves toys, chews, tugging, exploring, and being near his humans. He will do best with someone who has the time and patience for normal puppy training and consistency.
Pax is an AKC pedigreed, purebred Miniature Poodle. His mother and his father are approximately 10 lbs. Pax’s AKC registration form, Pedigree info, including Dam and Sire pedigrees and photos are included in his paperwork. He had his first veterinary visit on August 5 and has received his first round of puppy vaccinations. He weighed 3.75 lbs at that visit. His estimated adult weight is around 10-12lbs.
Pax will go home with his current food, puppy pads, pet bed, and favorite toys, along with his veterinary information.
Located in Kirkland, Washington. Local/in-person placement only. We want to speak with prospective owners and make sure the situation seems appropriate for him.
Please message me with a little about yourself, your household, and what you're looking for in a puppy. We care very much about where Pax ends up and are looking for a safe, committed home for him. ❤️

What's it like owning a Miniature Poodle?
France has been officially recognized as the Poodle’s country of origin, but the Poodle’s earlier ancestors came from central Asia. The German variety has probably influenced the modern breed most (‘Poodle’ is German for ‘splash’ or ‘puddle’). They typically weigh 10-15 pounds.
Are Miniature Poodles safe around children?
Miniature Poodles are generally excellent with children of all ages. The Miniature Poodle gets along well with other animals, other dogs, and children. Poodles are highly adaptable and make good watchdogs. They're fairly vocal dogs that bark regularly.
Are Miniature Poodles high-energy dogs?
The Miniature Poodle requires less exercise then the Standard Poodle, but should be walked or allowed to play outdoors. It should do fine with apartment life. Overall, their exercise needs are high.
How much grooming does a Miniature Poodle need?
The Miniature Poodle has a distinctive fine, frizzy, wooly coat similar in texture to sheep’s wool. Solid white is most common, but the coat may also be solid grey, brown, apricot, or black. There are three distinct grooming styles for show Poodles: puppy clip, continental clip, and English saddle clip. Grooming-wise, this breed is fairly high-maintenance. Miniature Poodles are considered hypoallergenic, which can be a plus for allergy sufferers.
Do Miniature Poodles need a house with a yard?
Miniature Poodles are best suited for apartments and smaller homes. They are highly trainable and eager to learn.
