Poppy Seed is a beautiful English Cream Golden Retriever. Her mom is pedigreed and comes from documented ACA and AKC bloodlines. Her dad is AKC registered.
She is a solid cream with some red tints. Poppy Seed has the cutest little “seed” birthmark on her right hip, almost in the shape of a heart, and it’s adorable!
Poppy Seed is one of the first to come running when it’s training time and is very eager to learn new skills. She is very social and playful. Some of the skills she has been working on are not jumping, sitting, not biting, going potty outside, and coming when called. She is still a tiny baby, of course, but it is our goal to set her up for the greatest possible success in her forever home because we know what a difference a well-behaved dog can make in someone’s life.
This litter has been raised in our home with their mom, Juniper, who is part of our family. Juniper was purchased in 2020 as a medical and mental-health support animal for a child with extra needs. The puppies are benefiting from the same exposure, experiences, socialization, and affection that helped make Juniper the wonderful support dog she has been for our family.
Our puppies are handled, played with, and loved every day. They are growing up surrounded by the normal activity of a busy family home and are accustomed to children, their littermates, cats, household noises, and lots of interaction and affection.
It is our goal that Poppy Seed will touch your life in the same way that Juniper has touched ours. It is our mission to do our very best to give her the best start and foundation possible as she prepares to join her forever home.
Poppy Seed will come dewormed, with her first set of vaccines, her first vet exam, a health certificate, and a health guarantee.
Families are welcome to pick up their puppy in person or arrange their own transportation. We offer delivery within 50 miles of Boston for a $100 delivery fee or within 100 miles for a $200 delivery fee. Delivery beyond 100 miles may be available on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee.
