Hi everyone!! Sweet Raven is now available. She is to A PET Home only she is too small to be a momma. She is about 6 pounds very very picky on where she goes to. She is absolutely a sweetie. Very quiet just goes about her day and does her own thing and self entertain/independent but she also LOVES to snuggle when you bring her on the couch to watch tv or in bed, and loves to sit by your feet and we’ll come up behind the back of your legs and lick. It is the weirdest but sweetest thing lol. she loves to be around other dogs, cats, etc. and is great with them, I think she would absolutely thrive with being a only dog or one of two type situation just so she can be so spoiled and so so loved like a princess she is. She is an absolute doll super great traveling and well behaved. She has done great on potty and crate training with very little accidents but can also wear a cloth diaper that’s washable if needed. She is great being groomed with baths drying trimming, etc. she is all around a great little girl and it breaks my heart to find her a new family, but she is just too small to be a future mama so for her safety and health, she will need to be a pet home. She is AKC registered, but she will not be coming with papers as she is to pet home only and will be sold on a spay contract If not spayed before leaving. She is great with other dogs, cats and kids people, etc. she is a year old i will find her specific birthdate in her papers. If I could keep extras she would definitely be one I would keep but unfortunately I cannot. Anybody would be so beyond lucky to add her into their family. She is absolutely stunning, beautiful body structure short legs back very nice tail tuck round head big beautiful eyes high small nose and a great frame everything that you want in looks, but on top of that her heart is just the sweetest. She does great in car rides etc.
Pet home only. We are extremely super picky on who she will go with. Absolutely the sweetest girl. We are in Nashville Tn area and it is pick up only. $2000 cash only. We do have a final sales contract. Your welcome to come see and meet her if you are seriously interested just let me know if

Is a Shih Tzu the right dog for me?
The Shih Tzu is small, popular, and friendly, so what more could you ask for in a companion dog? Their intelligence and loyalty, along with their independence, will have you cuddling up with this bunch of cheerfulness in no time. Full-grown, they typically weigh 9-16 pounds and stand 9-11 inches tall.
Do Shih Tzus do well in a busy household?
Shih Tzus are generally excellent with children of all ages. Shih Tzus are indoor dogs who get along with other pets very well and love to cuddle in your lap, making them great family companions. You would never want to limit these small dogs to just the outdoors. They're moderate barkers — they'll alert you when something's up but aren't excessive.
Are Shih Tzus couch potatoes or do they need a lot of exercise?
Shih Tzu need short, daily walk but should also occasionally be exercised indoors. They do not adapt to hot weather very well, so they must be a primarily indoor dog. Care must be taken not to over or under exercise them as well. Overall, their exercise needs are moderate.
Is a Shih Tzu a good choice for someone with allergies?
Shih Tzus' long coat is somewhat high maintenance and requires everyday brushing to prevent tangles. These dogs should be taken to a professional groomer every couple of months. They are usually easier to maintain when their coats are clipped short, but you can't argue that those who have the long, dreamy coats are dramatic and eye catching. Grooming-wise, this breed is fairly high-maintenance. Shih Tzus are considered hypoallergenic, which can be a plus for allergy sufferers.
What should first-time owners know about Shih Tzus?
Shih Tzus are best suited for apartments and smaller homes. Since they are small, this breed can adapt to apartment living or a big house. Shih Tzus are indoor dogs who get along with other pets very well and love to cuddle in your lap, making them great family companions. They are fairly easy to train.

Visit or Video Call the Breeder
Visit in person if possible, or request a live video call to meet the puppy, see its living conditions, and meet the mom. Ask to see where the dogs eat, sleep, and play.
Get a Vet Exam Immediately
Have a vet examine the puppy within two days of bringing it home, even if it seems healthy.
Request Complete Health Records
Ask for vaccination records, deworming history, and vet exam results. For purebreds, ask for parent health clearances.
Get Everything in Writing
Written contract with health guarantees, return/refund policy, and spay/neuter terms. Verbal promises are unenforceable.
Use Secure Payment Methods
Pay with a credit card or another traceable method that offers buyer protection. Avoid wire transfers, crypto, or gift cards, which are difficult to recover.
Verify Breeder Credentials
Check USDA license, state breeder license, breed club memberships, and reviews. Ask for buyer references.
Know What to Look For
A trustworthy breeder welcomes visits, specializes in one or two breeds, prices fairly, and gives you time to decide without pressure.
Know Your State's Laws
Some states have lemon laws; others rely on contract law. Know your rights before you buy.
