Named Ten because he was the last of ten puppies born, this sweet boy may have arrived last, but he certainly isn’t an afterthought!
Ten is a peaceful, easygoing puppy who is generally quite happy to go with the flow. He can be a little timid when something is brand new, but give him a moment to take it all in and he quickly settles into the vibe. If his brothers and sisters are headed off in search of mischief, you can pretty much count on Ten eventually deciding, “Well… I guess we’re doing this!” and tromping right along behind them.
Don’t mistake that gentle nature for a lack of courage, though. When Ten is feeling playful, his confidence can become considerably larger than he is—he has even been known to challenge Papa Dog to a game! Apparently nobody has explained the size difference to him. 😂
Ten is also a bit of a momma’s boy—both canine and human. He loves affection, enjoys being close, and is exactly the sort of puppy you look at and immediately want to scoop up for a cuddle. Fortunately, he is more than happy to oblige.
He has grown up surrounded by loving dog parents, nine puppy siblings and plenty of human attention, which seems to have given him a lovely combination of sweetness, security and quiet confidence.
