Mom Chihuahua. Dad is Miniature Dachshund. They were born on 05/07/2026, they’re are ready to be adopted now. Here's some info on my program: All puppies are dewormed every week from two weeks and every week thereafter, have their first puppy shot, vet checked, and started on Revolution for heart worm, flea, and tick prevention. Parents are genetically tested and all puppies will come with a 1 year health guarantee. Non-refundable deposit to hold a specific puppy or a pick in a litter is $250 and it will come off your total balance! Balance is due by 8 weeks of age. If you cannot pick up your puppy at the seven or eight week mark, I charge a weekly boarding fee weekly past 8. Weather permitting my puppies are exposed to all of the typical outdoor sights, sounds, and smells. They are also exposed to a variety of tactile sensations, such as grass, concrete, sprinklers, and anything else I can think of to help them be well adjust to your home. Q: Can we come meet the puppies and pick one out in person? A: I do not allow in person meet and greets until the day of pick up for several reasons that I will briefly touch on: 1. Parvo, kennel cough, and other infectious diseases can be brought onto the property. 2. We own Rottweiler and she don't take lightly to strangers on the property especially when puppies are on site. 3. Strangers handling the puppies puts an extreme amount of stress on the mothers and the other dogs on site. No exceptions. I do everything through pictures and videos. Video chats are also available upon request. Your puppy will not be spayed or neutered. The names you see listed are for identification purposes only and they are not called by these names. Q: Is the puppy potty trained? A: The short answer is no. Although we do start the potty training process they are still babies and will need continued potty training after they leave us. Q: Will the puppy have all their shots? A: Your puppy will have all age appropriate shots. Your puppy will have received a NeoPar vaccine at four weeks. Your puppy will have received a five way puppy combo at six weeks. They will continue to dewormed and get vaccines at 9 weeks, 12 weeks, and 16 weeks until they are adopted. It will be your responsibility to get your puppy rabies vaccinated. We are located in Henrico, VA near the Richmond Airport. Please call or text me .

What makes Chihuahuas special?
These pint sized pooches aren’t short on smarts! While they make lovable and devoted lapdogs, Chihuahuas possess a ninja-like agility, graceful demeanor, and bravery that sometimes gets them into trouble. Full-grown, they typically weigh 2-6 pounds and stand 5-8 inches tall.
Can Chihuahuas live with cats and other dogs?
Chihuahuas are generally not the best fit for families with young kids. Chihuahuas can usually live with other dogs and cats without problem. Socializing the Chihuahua as a puppy is essential to prevent overt aggressiveness and avoiding World War III with other pets in your house. They're very vocal and bark quite a lot.
Are Chihuahuas high-energy dogs?
Chihuahuas can usually get all the exercise they need by running around indoors. If the dog becomes a little chubby, put on the Tai Bo DVD and get down! Actually, these dogs should be allowed to walk everywhere until the desired weight is reached. Overall, their exercise needs are low.
What should I expect with Chihuahua shedding?
Chihuahuas can have a long or short coat and come in a wide variety of colors, including sand, chocolate, silver, chestnut, and even blue. A plethora of patterns including sable and masks are also a possibility. It’s this very variety of possibilities makes classification so difficult. Grooming-wise, this breed is low-maintenance.
Are Chihuahuas a good fit for apartment living?
Chihuahuas are best suited for apartments and smaller homes. Socializing the Chihuahua as a puppy is essential to prevent overt aggressiveness and avoiding World War III with other pets in your house. They are moderately trainable with consistent effort.
