Toby is a beautiful Parti Yorkie one of the sweetest pups in the litter. Toby is expected to weigh approximately Between 6 to 8 lbs when fully grown. (size and weight cannot be guaranteed.) these are estimates based on parents weight.
Mom weighs 8lbs and dad weighs 6lbs.
Each puppy is raised in my home with love, enrichment, early socialization, and hands-on care from birth.
Before joining your family, Toby will receive:
✨Age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming with vet record and weight.
✨Started potty pad training
✨Toby has been dewclaw and tail docked.
✨FaceTime is available for serious
inquiries
✨FaceTime or phone call is required before any in-person visit and before purchase.
A $300.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve Toby. That amount will be applied to the purchase total price.
Without a deposit, puppies cannot be held.
Dad is registered as a chocolate Yorkie.
Mom is not registered.

***Dogs may change color naturally as they mature due to many factors such as genetics, hair type, losing puppy fur and changing to the adult coat, pigmentation, hormonal changes, seasonal changes, shaving, etc.
Color changes are expected and can occur quickly and at any time. We cannot guarantee a dog's permanent coat color for these reasons.

🚕DELIVERY/PICK UP OPTIONS:
I also offer a personalized door-to-door delivery service, where your puppy is delivered safely and directly to your home. I will deliver locally in my are free of charge.
A minimum delivery fee of $150 applies to all door-to-door deliveries out of my area.
For longer distances, delivery is charged at $1.00 per mile round trip based on Google Maps mileage, with a minimum charge of $150 regardless of distance. (Except in my local area)
