Spring/Summer 2027 Strategic Waitlist Now Open
We are officially accepting a limited number of applications for our upcoming Spring 2027 litters. Puppies are projected to arrive in May and June, making them perfectly timed to transition into their forever homes during peak summer (July and August).
To ensure the highest standard of care and individualized training, we strictly limit our annual litters. Our priority waitlist is structured on a first-come, first-served basis, dictating the exact order of puppy selection. We anticipate filling all available placement spots well ahead of whelping. We encourage serious families to submit an inquiry early to secure a position.
Investment Structure
$2,500 to $3,000
Final pricing is determined individually based on the puppy’s unique coat color, pattern rarity, and markings.
The Home-Raised Environment: Advanced Enrichment
We do not utilize outdoor kennels or isolated whelping structures. Our puppies are raised directly at the center of our daily family life to build ultimate confidence, adaptability, and deep human bonds.
Initial Weeks: Puppies spend their most fragile first weeks inside occupied family bedrooms. This guarantees round-the-clock monitoring, immediate climate control, and constant early exposure to human voices.
Growth Phase: As they mature and become active, they transition into a spacious, custom-designed garage environment built specifically to handle safe physical exploration, play, and early potty boundaries.
Socialization: Before leaving our care, your puppy will be thoroughly desensitized to normal household sounds (vacuums, television, kitchen activity), various flooring textures, and regular interactions with cats and dogs of all sizes.
Early Foundation Training & Assessment Curriculum
We actively prepare our puppies for a seamless transition into your household through a structured daily curriculum:
ENS & ESI (Days 3–16): Early Neurological Stimulation and Early Scent Introduction to physically boost cardiovascular health, strengthen heartbeats, and improve lifetime stress tolerance.
Hands-On Temperament Testing: Comprehensive behavioral and personality evaluations are conducted by us at week seven to help match the right puppy temperament to your specific lifestyle, energy level, and family dynamic.
Crate Training Introduction: Early boundary and crate familiarity to heavily reduce separation anxiety and simplify your first night at home.
Leash Training Foundation: Initial introduction to the weight and feel of a collar and leash to build walking confidence.
Basic Command Introduction: Early reward-based training exposure to fundamental behavioral manners.
Uncompromising Commitment to Genetic Health
Health is our absolute top priority. All parent dogs are fully Embark DNA tested. Through careful, highly strategic matchmaking, we pair our females exclusively with our genetically clean stud, Teddy, whose excellent lineage features fully cleared, tested parents.
Our litters are meticulously structured to eliminate the risk of severe inherited disorders. By pairing our clean stud with our mothers, every single puppy is guaranteed 100% clear and unaffected by clinical genetic diseases like Degenerative Myelopathy (DM). Furthermore, our matchmaking ensures that no puppy can inherit two copies of CDDY, drastically improving their structural spinal health and protecting them from severe early disc degeneration. Statistically, half of Mocha's litter will be born 100% genetically clear of the CDDY trait entirely.
