Hamish is pure joy wrapped up in a fluffy little red package. He's the biggest puppy in the litter, but don't let his size fool you—he still bounces around with the enthusiasm of a baby goat discovering the world for the first time. Watching him play is guaranteed to make you smile.
He's a confident, fearless, and incredibly affectionate little guy who loves being with people. The moment someone walks into the puppy pen, Hamish is usually one of the first to come say hello, ready for attention, playtime, or whatever adventure comes next.
Hamish has a playful, goofy personality and isn't shy about sharing his opinions. If one of his siblings has a toy he wants—or isn't interested in wrestling when he is—he'll happily let everyone know exactly how he feels. His expressive personality is one of the many things that makes him so entertaining to watch.
Hamish has been raised on our family horse farm with his littermates and parents, where he's enjoyed lots of daily handling, playtime, and interaction. He's food motivated, eager to learn, and would thrive with an active family that understands the Australian Cattle Dog breed and wants an intelligent companion who's always ready to be part of the action.
One thing that makes Hamish a little unique is his coat. He currently has slightly longer, fluffier hair than his littermates, taking after his mom. It'll be fun to see how his coat develops as he grows.

Pickup, Delivery & Shipping Policy
We welcome local pickup at our farm near Walnut, Iowa. For families located farther away, we’re happy to meet partway or deliver within 120 miles at no additional cost. If you're beyond that range, we're still open to coordinating — we’ll just ask for a reasonable gas reimbursement, agreed upon in advance.
We accept a $100 deposit to hold a puppy, which is applied toward the final purchase price.
We're also open to ground transportation through services like CitizenShipper or USDA-certified transporters — the buyer is responsible for arranging and covering all costs.
Air travel is available, whether through a flight nanny or cargo, as long as the buyer arranges and pays for all travel and vet costs. If I’m serving as the flight nanny, I will coordinate the flight, but expect all associated costs to be covered, including the required vet exam. Closest airports are OMA (Omaha) and DSM (Des Moines).
We do our best to work with each family to ensure a smooth, safe transition for every pup. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions!
