Oscar is pure breed imported from Europe, rare in the US Russian blood line from FCI registered award winning parents.
He is 3.4kg (7.5lb), which should be about his final grown size. Oscar is very energetic and loves going for a walk and play fetch. but he is also not very reactive and rarely barks. He also loves to be held and sit on your lap. He is super kind and loving and will choose his owner over food.
He is microchipped, unaltered, up to date on vaccines, and has vet health certificate. Parent pictures can be provided upon request. Both parents are FCI award winners. Since they are FCI registered (European version of American AKC), he can be AKC registered if needed, with few extra steps. He has all the genetics and parent lines to qualify for registration if that is desired.
