How do I create/edit my profile?

Your profile is the foundation of your Puppies.com presence. It contains essential information about your location and breeding program, helping buyers find your listings and feel confident in reaching out.

If you are new to Puppies.com, you will be prompted to create your Personal Profile the first time you click List a Puppy.

Creating Your Profile:

  • Click List a Puppy at the top of the page. 
    • If using a mobile device, List a Puppy is located through the Menu in the upper-right. 
    • If using our iOS app, tap My Listings in the lower-left. 
  • Click Get Started to begin.
  • Fill in your First Name and Last Name
  • Enter your city/state in the Location field and select the correct option from the drop-down menu.
  • Click Upload 1 photo to add a profile picture. A clear, friendly photo helps build immediate trust with buyers.
  • Introduce yourself and your experience with your dogs in the "About You" Section.
  • Complete the Federal/State license fields if applicable to your business.
  • Click Save Profile to finish and move on to your first listing.

You can return at any time to update your information or add professional details after purchasing a membership.

Editing Your Profile:

  • Click the Menu icon in the upper-right corner and select Edit Profile.
    • Mobile users: Tap Menu, then Profile & Settings, then Edit Profile. 
  • In the Personal Profile Info section, you can update your basic contact details, location, and licensing.
  • Once you have a membership, scroll down to the Seller Profile / Kennel Information section. Here, you can add:
    • Kennel Name and Website.
    • Phone Number. 
    • Facility Media: Upload photos and videos of your kennels or breeding facilities.
    • Custom Homepage URL: Create a personalized link for your business.
  • Check Your Work: Click View Breeder Profile at the top of the page to see how your profile appears to potential buyers (laptop/desktop site only). 
  • Save Changes: Always click the orange Save Profile button at the bottom of the page before exiting.
