How do I get my ID Verified?
Complete ID verification on Puppies.com through the Verifications page using a government-issued photo ID. Premier members verify free; others pay a one-time $5 fee.
Legal ID Verification Information
Puppies.com partners with iDenfy for ID verification. Two attempts are allowed per purchase, and refunds are not offered for failed verifications.
How do I manage my verifications?
Access your Verifications page through the Menu to view completed and pending verifications, change your verified phone number, or complete ID verification.
How do I verify my email address?
Verify your email by clicking the Confirm link in the Welcome email or entering a 6-digit code sent to your inbox. Check spam folders and whitelist [email protected] if needed.
How do I change my verified phone number?
Your verified phone number is not displayed publicly. Since only a verification badge is shown, there is no need to update it once verified.
How do I verify my phone number?
Verify your phone number by logging in, entering your number with area code, and submitting the 6-digit code received via text or call. Codes expire after 10 minutes.
