How do I manage my verifications?

To maintain a secure community and ensure smooth communication between buyers and sellers, Puppies.com offers three types of account verifications: Email Verification, Phone Verification, and ID Verification.

The first two types (email and phone verification) are mandatory for all accounts. Completing these foundational steps ensures you can successfully receive important email updates and text notifications from other users, allowing you to use our messaging services without interruption or error. Please note that if you ever update your email address in your account settings, you will be automatically prompted to re-verify your new address to keep your account active and secure.

To Manage Your Verifications:

  • If using a laptop/desktop browser, click the Menu icon in the upper-right. In the dropdown menu below, click Verifications
  • If using a mobile browser, tap the Menu icon in the upper-right, then tap Profile & Settings below to see more options. Tap Verifications below. 
  • If using our Android app or iOS app, tap More in the lower-right, then tap Verifications.

From your Verifications page, you can see an overview of your completed and uncompleted verifications, you can change your verified phone number (by clicking Change in the Phone Verification section), and you can complete ID Verification.
