Each puppy must have its own listing with accurate details. Stud services, want ads, duplicate listings, and multi-puppy listings are prohibited.

View all testimonials you've left or received from the My Testimonials page, accessible through the Menu under Profile and Settings.
How do I Change or Reset my Password?
Change your password from the Menu under Change Password, or reset it via the Forgot Your Password link on the sign-in page.
How do I manage my notifications or unsubscribe?
Adjust your Puppies.com email notification preferences through Notification Settings in the Menu. You can also unsubscribe from specific emails using the link at the bottom.
How do I delete my Puppies.com account?
Request permanent account deletion by emailing Puppies.com support from the email address linked to your account through the Contact page.
How do I edit my email address?
Update your email from the Menu under Email Password after your account has been active for seven days. Re-verification is required.
Puppies.com Account Guidelines
Each user must maintain only one seller account, advertise only dogs they personally own, and complete email and phone verification to use the site.
How do I sign in/out?
Sign in at puppies.com/sign-in with your email and password. To reset a forgotten password, use the Forgot Password link and check your inbox for the reset email.
Why is my account suspended?
Accounts may be suspended for policy violations, security issues, or payment problems. Contact support from your account email to begin the resolution process.
