How to Find/Adjust Your Notification Settings:
Select the method you are currently using to access the site below to find your settings page:
On a Desktop or Laptop Computer

Click the Menu icon in the upper-right corner.

Click Notification Settings from the dropdown menu.

Check or uncheck the boxes to adjust your preferences, and click Save Changes at the bottom.
On a Mobile Web Browser (Phone or Tablet)

Tap the Menu icon in the upper-right corner.

Tap Profile & Settings to expand the options.

Scroll down and tap Notification Settings.

Check or uncheck the boxes to adjust your preferences, and tap Save Changes at the bottom.
In the iOS (Apple) App

Tap the More option in the lower-right corner of the screen.

Use the toggle switches to turn your preferred alerts on or off.
In the Android App

Important Rules About Account Notifications
If you are enabling text alerts (SMS) or app push notifications, please keep these rules in mind to understand how your alerts are delivered:

Platform Availability for SMS: The option to opt-in to SMS text notifications for new messages is currently available when accessing your account through a desktop computer or a mobile web browser.

Texts Replace Emails (But Not Push Alerts): If you turn on "Send SMS text messages to my phone" on the web version, this will turn off your email message notifications. However, it will not turn off app push notifications. If you have both the app and SMS active, you will receive both an SMS text and a push notification to ensure you don't miss a message if you are away from your primary device.

What Push Notifications Cover: If you have push notifications enabled on your mobile app, you will receive alerts for:

The 2-Minute Anti-Flood Rule: To prevent your phone from constantly buzzing during a fast, back-and-forth conversation, the system will only send one notification (SMS or Push) every 2 minutes per conversation thread.
How to Unsubscribe From Emails:
Many of the emails sent by Puppies.com include an "Unsubscribe" link located near the very bottom of the message. If you no longer wish to receive a specific type of optional update or stat summary, simply click that link to opt-out automatically.
⚠️ Please Note: Certain crucial emails required to run your account safely cannot be turned off. Messages regarding password resets, "Welcome" onboarding steps, and subscription payment confirmations do not contain an unsubscribe link because they are mandatory for your account's security and operation.
