New sellers get a free 3-day trial. Standard memberships cost $29.99/month or $79.99/3 months. Premier memberships are $19.99/month or $199.99/year with recurring billing.
Do I have to pay for a membership to find a puppy?
No, buyers never pay to use Puppies.com. Searching for puppies, messaging breeders, and saving favorites are completely free for buyers.
What are the benefits of a paid membership?
Standard memberships allow up to 20 listings with a seller profile. Premier memberships add 40 listings, custom URLs, featured status, and free ID verification.
How do I cancel my membership?
Cancel a recurring Premier membership from the Membership Billing page by clicking Modify Membership. Standard memberships expire automatically.
How do I update my payment information?
Update your payment method by canceling your current Premier membership, then setting up a new membership with your updated card through the Membership Billing page.
How do I purchase a membership?
Purchase a seller membership by navigating to Membership Billing in your account Menu, selecting a Standard or Premier plan, and entering your payment information.
How do I report unauthorized charges?
Report an unexpected Puppies.com charge by contacting support with the charge date, amount, and last 4 card digits. Include whether you have an account with the site.
