Seller Activation/Approval:

Create Your First Listing: Adding a puppy listing to a standard buyer account automatically converts it into a seller account.

Account Review: Every new seller account is submitted to our team for approval. This review typically takes 1 to 2 business days, though it is often completed much faster.

Trial Starts Automatically: Once your account is approved, your 3-day free trial begins immediately.

What Happens When the Trial Ends?

No Automatic Charges: You are never charged when your 3-day trial expires.

Listings Are Paused: Once the trial ends, your active listings are hidden from search results, and you will no longer receive new buyer inquiries.

Restoring Visibility: To make your listings visible again and regain access to buyer inquiries, you must purchase a paid seller membership.

Purchasing a Seller Membership:
If you choose to continue after your trial, you can select a monthly or annual recurring plan on your Membership and Billing page (found in the top-right Menu on desktop/mobile browsers, or under More in the bottom-right of our mobile apps):
- Log in to your Puppies.com account.
- Access Membership & Billing:
- Scroll down to review available membership options.
- To switch between the monthly and annual Premier Membership options, click or tap "Per Year" or "Per Month" in the Premier Membership section.
- Select your preferred membership by clicking or tapping the Select Plan button (or Re-Subscribe if you've purchased that membership before).
- On the 'Complete Your Purchase' screen, enter your payment details and click or tap the button at the bottom to finalize your payment.
Note: All paid memberships automatically renew until canceled. You can modify or cancel your plan at any time through your account settings. For detailed steps, see How do I cancel my membership? or Managing Apple/iOS payments and subscriptions.

One Trial Per Seller: Each seller account is eligible for one 3-day free trial.

No Multiple Accounts: Creating duplicate or secondary accounts to gain additional trial memberships is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Policy Compliance: All listings created during a trial must adhere to our Puppies.com Listing Guidelines and Puppies.com Account Guidelines.
