Membership Benefits
A single membership applies to your entire account. You do not need a separate subscription for each listing. Benefits include:
- Listing Management: Add, edit, and maintain up to 40 active listings at once.
- Professional Profile: Customize your public profile with a bio, facility photos, and a unique Puppies.com URL.
- Verified Status: Access to complimentary ID verification to build trust with buyers.
- Zero Commissions: Puppies.com does not charge commission fees. You keep 100% of your puppy sales.

You can choose the billing cycle that best fits your needs. Our annual plan offers the best value, providing a 25% savings over the monthly rate.

To Cancel a Seller Membership:
- Login to your account.
- Access Membership & Billing:
- If you're using a laptop/desktop, click Menu in the upper-right, then click Membership & Billing in the menu below.
- If you're using a mobile browser, tap Profile & Settings, and then tap Membership & Billing below.
- If you're using the Android app, tap More in the lower-right, then tap Membership & Billing
- If you're using the iOS app, refer to this section below.
- In the section that shows your renewal date, click Cancel. (This stops your old card from being charged again, but your current membership remains active until its expiration date).
- Click Confirm.
If you purchased a membership through our iOS app, the cancellation process works a bit differently.
To Cancel Your iOS Subscription:
- Open your Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your Apple ID name at the top of the screen.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Find Puppies.com in the list.
- Tap Cancel Subscription to stop future billing.

Deleting your listings does not automatically cancel your membership; you must cancel the subscription manually.
