A Puppy Update is a quick, public text announcement that sellers can display at the top of their profile page. It allows breeders and sellers to keep visitors informed about upcoming litters, availability changes, or general kennel news without needing to create or edit individual puppy listings.
Where Puppy Updates Appear:

Public Visibility: Puppy Updates are displayed prominently in a highlighted callout box near the top of your profile.

Placement: The update box appears directly above your active puppy listings, making it the first thing potential buyers see when visiting your page.

Seller Access: Only seller accounts have access to post and manage Puppy Updates.
What You Can Use Puppy Updates For:
Puppy Updates are flexible short-form messages. Common ways sellers use them include:

Announcing New or Upcoming Litters: Inform buyers about expected birth dates, upcoming breeds, or new litters that aren't listed individually yet.

Sharing Availability & Reservations: Let buyers know how many puppies remain available or if a litter is fully reserved.

Location & Travel Details: Mention your location, upcoming transport dates, or pickup details.

General Announcements: Share holiday schedules, farm or kennel updates, or special announcements.
How to Post a Puppy Update:

Go to your My Listings dashboard page.

Click the Post Puppy Update button located in the top banner (next to Copy Profile Link).

In the Post a Puppy update pop-up window, type your message into the text box.

Click the Post Update button to publish the announcement to your profile.
How to Delete or Change a Puppy Update:

Deleting an Update: View your profile (while signed in to your seller account) and click the red DELETE link inside the Puppy Updates box.

Updating Your Message: You can replace an old message at any time by clicking Post Puppy Update on your profile or My Listings page to submit a new announcement.
