How do I cancel my membership?

Using Puppies.com as a Buyer is always free, but Seller memberships need a monthly/annual membership after the initial three-day trial. Seller memberships recur automatically on a monthly/annual schedule, but you can cancel a recurring membership at any time to prevent additional charges. 

To Cancel a Seller Membership:

  • Login to your account.
  • Access Membership & Billing
    • If you're using a laptop/desktop, click Menu in the upper-right, then click Membership & Billing in the menu below.
    • If you're using a mobile browser, tap Menu, then tap Profile & Settings, and then tap Membership & Billing below.
    • If you're using the Android app, tap More in the lower-right, then tap Membership & Billing
    • If you're using the iOS app, refer to this section below. 
  • In the section that shows your renewal date, click Cancel(This stops your old card from being charged again, but your current membership remains active until its expiration date)
  • Click Confirm

Once you cancel your membership, your paid-for time will remain active, and the membership will expire at the end of your current billing period. Once the membership expires, your account will revert back to the basic, non-upgraded level, but you'll be free to purchase a new membership in the future when necessary.

If you purchased a membership through our iOS app, the cancellation process works a bit differently. 

 To Cancel Your iOS Subscription:

  • Open your Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  • Tap your Apple ID name at the top of the screen.
  • Select Subscriptions.
  • Find Puppies.com in the list.
  • Tap Cancel Subscription to stop future billing.

Please note: a recurring membership is not automatically canceled when your listings are removed. Recurring memberships must be manually canceled through your account or by contacting Puppies.com Support.
