Apple processes payments for purchases and subscriptions made through our iOS app, so we’re unable to cancel or refund charges made by Apple on our end. However, there are a number of options for resolving a fraudulent/unauthorized payment made to Apple for a Puppies.com membership.
If you see a fraudulent Apple/iOS membership charge:
