How do I update my payment information?

Memberships ·

We understand that credit/debit card information can change over time. As such, if your Puppies.com account is upgraded with a recurring Premier membership but the card associated with the membership is no longer active or valid, we make it easy to cancel your current Premier membership so you can set up a new membership with your new card information.

To do so, the first step is to cancel your current recurring membership linked to the older/expired card.

Step 1: Cancel Your Current Membership

  • Login to your Puppies.com account.
  • Access your Membership & Billing page through the Menu icon in the upper-right (if using a mobile device, tap the Profile & Settings option, and then tap Membership & Billing).
  • In the section that shows your renewal date, click Cancel. (This stops your old card from being charged again, but your current membership remains active until its expiration date.
  • Click Confirm

Please note: if you cancel a recurring membership, your paid-for time will remain active and your membership will not immediately expire.

Step 2: Add Your New Card

  • Click Add Payment Method in the “Payment Methods” section.
  • Fill in the required card information.
  • Click Save Card

Now, you will set up your new plan to start automatically as soon as the old one expires. You will not be charged for the new plan until your current membership time ends.

Step 3: Schedule Your New Membership

  • Use the Monthly/Yearly toggle to pick your preferred plan.
  • Click Select Plan.
  • Choose your new card from the list (or click "Choose another way to pay" to add it now).
  • Click Submit Payment.

Your current membership will stay active until its expiration date. At that moment, the system will automatically charge your new card and start your new membership with no gap in coverage.
