Puppies.com offers an ID Verification option through the Verifications page within each account.
If your account is upgraded with one of our Premier membership options, we offer ID Verification free of charge. However, if you don't have a Premier membership, you can purchase Identity Verification for a one-time payment of $5.00. Once you complete your ID Verification, the verification badge will remain visible in your profile for as long as your account is active!

To Complete ID Verification:
- Login to your account and access your Verifications page.
- In a desktop/laptop browser, click the Menu icon and click Verifications below.
- In a mobile browser, open the Menu, tap Profile & Settings, then tap Verifications.
- In our iOS or Android apps, tap More in the lower-right, then tap Verifications.
- Next, purchase ID verification (if necessary).
- If your account is upgraded with a Premier membership, the "ID Verification" section should read, "Complete your ID verification for free," and a "Continue" option should show.
- If your account is not upgraded with a Premier membership, the "ID Verification" section should read, "Purchase lifetime ID verification for $5." To proceed, click "Continue", enter your card information, and click the payment confirmation button to authorize the $5.00 ID verification purchase.
- Next, click Start ID Verification in the ID Verification section. A new page will open, and you'll be redirected to our ID Verification partner iDenfy.
- Follow the onscreen directions to complete ID verification. You will be prompted to:
- Select the type of ID you wish to use for verification, along with the country which issued the ID
- Upload images of the document
- Upload a selfie
- If our third-party partner (iDenfy) is able to verify all information with their proprietary verification system, your profile will display an ID Verification badge automatically!
Please note: we allow up to 2 attempts per purchase to verify your ID. If you fail both attempts, we do not offer refunds for this service. Please refer to the Legal ID Verification Information FAQ for more details and best practices to help ensure a successful ID verification.
