If you notice that essential page elements do not appear correctly (such as a missing "Pay Now" button on the Membership & Billing page, or a cut-off conversation thread in your Message Center) the issue is usually caused by screen scaling, page magnification, or font settings.
When a phone, tablet, or computer is set to zoom in too far, it can obscure parts of the layout and hide critical buttons. Follow the steps below to reset your device or browser back to its default 100% viewing size.
💻 Windows (Desktop/Laptop)

Reset Web Browser Zoom: In Chrome, Firefox, or Edge, simply press Ctrl + 0 (zero) to instantly reset the zoom level to default. Alternatively, click the three dots/lines menu in the upper-right corner and adjust the Zoom percentage to 100%.

Adjust System Scaling: Right-click an empty space on your desktop and select Display settings. Under Scale and layout, ensure the dropdown menu is set to 100% (Recommended).
🍏 macOS (Mac Desktop/Laptop)

Reset Web Browser Zoom: In Safari, Chrome, or Firefox, press Command + 0 (zero) to instantly reset the zoom level to default.

Adjust System Scaling: Click the Apple menu in the top left and go to System Settings > Displays. Select the Default resolution layout icon to ensure your screen isn't overly magnified.
