You can quickly access your Message Center inbox across all your devices using the navigation paths below.
On a Desktop or Laptop Browser

Log in to your Puppies.com account.

Click the Envelope icon located in the top-right navigation bar, or select Menu $\rightarrow$ Message Center.
On a Mobile Web Browser

Log in to your account through your phone or tablet's web browser.

Tap the Menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the upper-right corner.

Tap Message Center right below it.
On the Official iOS & Android Apps

Open the Puppies.com app on your mobile device.

Log in to your account if prompted.

Tap the Messages icon located in the bottom navigation bar.
💡 Pro-Tip for Email & Text Notifications
When you receive an email or text alert about a new message, please do not reply directly to the notification itself. To respond securely and avoid browser login errors, always open your device's standalone web browser or launch your official mobile app to access your inbox directly.
